1. Plaza Resort Bonaire Vacation Contest begins immediately.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be eligible to win, entrants must simply sign up for our newsletter by filling out the contest form.
3. Plaza Resort Bonairet reserves the right, at all times, to verify that an entry complies with these terms, conditions and rules. Entries that have not been obtained in accordance with these rules will not be accepted and will not be eligible to win.
4. The winner will be contacted within two weeks of the conclusion of the contest.
5. The winner must book their stay within 12 months of being notified of winning.
6. The Prize must be accepted as awarded at the time they are awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Plaza Resort Bonaire retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of a prize, for any reason whatsoever. The Prize is not transferable and has no cash surrender value. If The Prize is not redeemed and made use of during this period then all winnings and related benefits will be rendered null and void.
7. The odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the total number of qualifying entries received.
8. This contest is conducted by Plaza Resort Bonaire.
9. Plaza Resort Bonaire shall not be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the Prize awarded in this Giveaway.
10. Entrants in the Giveaway must sign a form satisfactory to Plaza Resort Bonaire confirming their understanding and acceptance of these terms, conditions and rules, and releasing Plaza Resort Bonaire and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Giveaway from any and all liability arising in connection with the Giveaway, Including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize as awarded and confirming compliance with these rules.
11. The decisions of Plaza Resort Bonaire are final, as they relate to all aspects of the Giveaway, these terms, conditions and rules, or the awarding of any Prizes.
