According to the rules of the Bonaire Marine Park all divers must obtain a permit to dive on Bonaire
This permit costs US$ 25 per diver and US$ 10 per snorkeler per calendar year and all proceeds go
to the upkeep of the parks. To obtain a permit divers must attend an orientation to the park. Toucan Diving
runs the orientation every day at 9 AM or at other times on request.
