The PADI Open Water Diver certification can be use worldwide as proof that an individual is capable of diving in a safe and responsible manner. A certified PADI Open Water diver can dive with a buddy, unsupervised, to a maximum depth of 18 m. The student begins in confined water and then puts what they have learned in the knowledge development sessions into practice in the magnificent open waters of Bonaire. The course fee includes equipment, materials, a logbook and a deluxe binder.
