Job description

An experienced Executive Chef is sought for a well-established, all-inclusive resort located in the Dutch Caribbean. This resort offers up to 5 restaurants and bars, as well as a spa and fitness center, plus extensive indoor and outdoor recreational facilities for families of all ages. We are seeking a team player who is also a strong leader with solid culinary skills.

The ideal Executive Chef will be disciplined, personable and self-motivated, with unwavering attention to service excellence. The Executive Chef will consistently provide top-quality food and effectively manage costs. The ideal candidate must possess solid leadership and training skills, but also not be afraid to get their hands dirty. Candidates fluent in several languages (Dutch, English and Spanish) are especially encouraged to apply.

We seek someone who is career-minded and willing to assume complete ownership and accountability for the daily planning and preparation of outstanding cuisine in all dining outlets of the resort. The Executive Chef must also possess the knowledge and expertise to effectively deliver fine-dining in a high-volume environment.

The Executive Chef should have at least 4 years experience in a senior culinary role at a similar all-inclusive resort, preferably in the Caribbean, with a proven track record of success.
