The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the conditions under which hospitality businesses established in the Netherlands such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and related businesses provide hospitality services and enter into hospitality agreements. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the event. From 60 days before the start, 50% of the total amount will be charged. There will be no refund for unused parts.

Payment Structure
Upon signing the contract, 10% of the total amount must be paid as a deposit. 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the event. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days after the event. Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing and dated. Oral cancellations will not be accepted. The date of receipt of the written message (letter, email, or fax) will be considered the official cancellation date. The reservation value will be based on the most recent confirmation of the event, group, or conference. For additional information, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
