The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the start of the event are free of charge. From 60 days prior to the start of the event, 50% of the total amount will be charged. No refunds will be given for unused services.

Payment Structure
Upon signing the contract, a deposit of 10% of the total amount is required. No later than 60 days prior to the start of the event, 50% of the total amount must be paid. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days after the end of the event.

Cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing and dated. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The date of receipt of the written notice (letter, email, or fax) will be considered the official cancellation date. The reservation value will be based on the most recent confirmation of the event, group, or conference. For additional information, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
