Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH)
All agreements are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH). These conditions are drawn up by the Royal Dutch Hospitality Group and apply to hospitality businesses such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and related companies.

General Purchase Conditions Van der Valk

Cancellation Conditions
Up to 60 days before the start of the event, cancellation is free of charge.
In case of cancellation within 60 days before the start of the event, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No refunds will be made for unused parts of the event.
Cancellations and changes must always be submitted in writing.
Payment Terms
The following payment schedule applies:
Upon signing the agreement, a deposit of 10% of the total reservation amount must be paid.
At least 60 days before the start of the event, 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days after the end of the event.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing and include a date. Verbal changes or cancellations are not accepted.
The date on which the written communication is received by Van der Valk Plaza Resort Bonaire by email or letter is considered the official date of the change or cancellation.
The reservation value is determined based on the most recent written confirmation of the event, group, or conference.
