On Saturday, 26 and Sunday, 27 September René Brienen welcomes guest chef Paul Pollux from Restaurant Aubergine in Steyl.
Paul Pollux has held a Michelin star for more than ten years. Trained by the legendary Cas Spijkers and honored with the SVH Master title, he brings a lifetime of culinary excellence to the island.
Together, they provide an exclusive dinner where craftsmanship, creativity, and taste come together in a carefully composed menu. A culinary evening that will linger long after the last dish.
