On Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29 René Brienen welcomes guest chef Casimir Evens from Restaurant Odille in Sint-Oedenrode.
Casimir Evens is known for his creative cuisine, distinctive flavors, and refined presentation. After gaining experience at renowned restaurants in Belgium and the Netherlands, he opened his own restaurant Odille.
Together they provide an exclusive dinner where craftsmanship, creativity, and flavor come together in a carefully constructed menu. A culinary evening that will stay with you long after the last course is served.
