Where do the activities take place?

The activities take place at various locations on our resort. Behind the activities above you will see the location. The letters match with the letters on our resort map.

Where can I borrow a snorkel set?

This can be done at our diving school Toucan Diving. You will find the issuance desk on the water side. The snorkel set can be borrowed upon presentation of the STINAPA Nature Fee QR Code.

Do I need the STINAPA Nature Fee for the activities?

Yes, for all water-related activities in the National Marine Park you must have the QR code. You can pay your fee via this link.

For what age are the activities of the Activity Center?

The Activity Center is for both children and adults. From 12 years old, children may join tours alone. With young children, it is mandatory that an adult is present. Would you prefer to use our premium nanny service? That is also possible! For $30 per hour per family, we can arrange a personal nanny for you. More information can be found at Sea & Sense.

Do I need to book activities in advance or can I join spontaneously?

For most activities within the all-inclusive program, booking is not required. For popular activities and all premium experiences, we recommend booking in advance through Sea & Sense to ensure availability.

What should I bring to water activities?

We recommend swimwear, a towel, sun protection (reef-safe), a bottle of water, and your STINAPA Nature Fee QR-code. Equipment such as snorkel sets and kayaks are provided by us.

Do activities always continue in less weather or wind?

Our activities are weather dependent. In unfavorable conditions, we adjust the program or offer an alternative. You will be informed in time.

Where is the meeting point for excursions and tours?

The meeting point is at the Activity Center, next to Toucan Diving, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation.
