RESORT POLICY
Good to Know
To ensure your stay at Plaza Resort Bonaire is as pleasant and carefree as possible, you will find our guidelines below.
Staff
At Plaza Resort Bonaire, we pride ourselves on our multicultural team. Within our team, we speak English, Dutch, and Spanish, so there is always someone available to assist you in your own language. With enthusiasm, our colleagues continue to develop and learn, so we can welcome and support every guest as best as possible.
Smoking
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is only allowed in designated areas: on the terrace of our restaurant, on the beach, and on your private balcony.
Dress Code
To maintain the relaxed yet neat atmosphere of our resort, we kindly ask you to wear appropriate clothing in our restaurants, the lobby, and at the Front Office.
Swimwear, bare feet, or wet clothing are not allowed in these areas. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. This way, we ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay at Plaza Resort Bonaire in full comfort.
Swimming Pool
To ensure everyone can enjoy our pool and beach, it is not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels or personal belongings. Items left unattended for more than 30 minutes, except during lunch, may be removed.
Children under 10 years old are only allowed at and in the pool under adult supervision.
Glassware is not allowed in the pool area. Only blue resort towels are to be used here.
Dining Times
During breakfast, we kindly request that you inform the restaurant host of your desired dining time. You can reserve a table in 30-minute time slots between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Consumption Guidelines
Sharing food or drinks with non-All-Inclusive guests or visitors is not allowed. This also applies to sharing premium all-inclusive food and drinks with guests who do not have premium all-inclusive. Charges will apply if this is observed.
Code of Conduct
At Plaza Resort Bonaire, we strive for a hospitable and relaxed atmosphere for all our guests and staff. Therefore, we kindly ask you to treat other guests and our team with respect. Inappropriate language, disrespectful behavior, or deliberately disturbing the peace and safety of the resort will not be tolerated.
Overview of Other House Rules
In addition to the above house rules, we have a few additional guidelines to ensure every guest can enjoy their stay at our resort in a relaxed and hospitable atmosphere. You can find them here.
Alcohol Policy
In Bonaire, the legal age for alcohol consumption is 16 years. Our team serves alcohol in a careful and responsible manner and may kindly ask for valid identification if in doubt. Parents and guardians giving alcohol to their underage child are responsible for this; in case of excessive use or unwanted behavior, further alcohol service may be refused.
Would you prefer not to receive alcohol during your stay, or do you choose a non-alcoholic vacation for your child? Then you can voluntarily choose our light blue non-alcoholic All Inclusive wristband. This makes it clear to our team that no alcohol should be served to you in the bars and restaurants.
