Whether it is a romantic dinner for two, an intimate family celebration, or a business dinner in a private setting, our private dining venues offer the right combination of tranquility, comfort, and hospitality. You dine in an atmospheric place with a view over the Caribbean Sea. Our staff ensures that everything is perfect down to the last detail, from reception to the final course.

Our Michelin Chef and his team are happy to create a menu that suits your preferences and the moment. From fresh fish and local specialties to refined dishes with international influences, everything is prepared with care and attention.

Outside guest: $100 p.p.

Hotel guest: $75 p.p.

Premium hotel guest : $50 p.p.

You have the choice of a 3-course menu, 5-course menu or shared dining. Of course, we would be happy to consider specific wishes to make your dinner completely to your taste.
