Every month, our Michelin chef René Brienen and a renowned guest chef prepare an exclusive 6-course fine dining dinner. Two chefs, one passion. Each edition features a new, specially composed menu. An evening where nothing is lacking.
On Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29 René Brienen welcomes guest chef Casimir Evens from Restaurant Odille in Sint-Oedenrode.
Casimir Evens is known for his creative cuisine, bold flavors, and refined presentation. After gaining experience at renowned restaurants in Belgium and the Netherlands, he opened his own restaurant Odille.
Together they provide an exclusive dinner where craftsmanship, creativity, and taste come together in a carefully constructed menu. A culinary evening that will remain with you long after the last course is served.

On Friday, August 14 and Saturday, August 15 we welcome Herman den Blijker for an exclusive Big Green Egg Beach Dining Experience on the beach of Plaza Resort Bonaire.
Together with three other chefs he will prepare a special 9-course dinner.Each course is prepared live on the Onix Big Green Egg and then served at the table. During the evening, the chefs move between the tables and personally share more about their dishes, flavors, and preparation methods.
Central to the exclusive Onix Big Green Egg. Plaza Resort Bonaire is the only location in the region where this special edition is used. Four chefs, nine courses, and live cooking come together for a culinary experience you experience up close.
As the sun sets, enjoy refined dishes, atmospheric lighting, and views of the Caribbean Sea. A DJ provides the music and ensures a relaxed atmosphere on the beach.
The event takes place from 18.30 to 22.00 hours. Tickets cost $120 per person.
