What language does our staff speak?
At Plaza Resort Bonaire, we are proud of our multicultural team. Within our team, we speak English, Dutch, and Spanish, so there is always someone available to assist you in your own language. With enthusiasm, our colleagues continue to develop and learn, so that we can welcome and support every guest as best as possible.
Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
Our resort is partially wheelchair accessible. There are several ramps and various accommodations are accessible on the ground floor or have a lift.
Due to local environmental regulations on Bonaire, it is unfortunately not permitted to install facilities that would provide wheelchair access to the beach. We also do not have a lift or an adapted ramp at the pool. The pool does have a large shallow area where guests can sit comfortably, but there is no aid to enter the water with a wheelchair.
A nice plus is that wheelchair-friendly diving is possible. With our special Silver Surfer-lift we can safely assist guests out of the water.
Although we are not fully wheelchair accessible, we do our utmost to support every guest as best we can. Do you have specific requests or questions? Please let us know in advance and we will be happy to assist.
Please note that Bonaire is an island with occasionally bumpy roads and uneven surfaces.
What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
Our pools are open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
How many restaurants and bars are there?
We have restaurant Momento, a live cooking restaurant where you can go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as our Italian restaurant Piazza Limone where you can enjoy pizzas.
Additionally, the resort has two bars:
Beso bar: open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for drinks, lunch, and snacks
Palm Beach Bar: open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM for drinks, lunch, and snacks
What is included in the all-inclusive package?
The all-inclusive package includes:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
Soft drinks and alcoholic (house) drinks
Use of snorkeling equipment and beach towels
All-inclusive activities
Private transfer to Sebastian’s Beach
Use of kayaks and paddleboards in the lagoon during designated times

The Premium package offers more luxurious dishes at the Beach Bar, Palm Bar and Piazza Limone, as well as a selection of premium alcoholic drinks.
What is extra included in the premium all-inclusive package?
You make use of our standard all-inclusive package during your stay, where you can enjoy a wide range of food, drinks, and facilities.
Do you want just that little bit of extra luxury? Then you can upgrade to our Premium All-Inclusive package for $35 per person per day. This allows you to enjoy exclusive A-brands like Bacardi and Jack Daniel’s, as well as a more extensive selection at our food & beverage outlets.
Do you have baby cots and what are the costs?
Yes, a baby crib is available for USD 15 per night.
How much does an extra person in the room cost?
An additional person costs USD 135 per person per night.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM. Would you like to make use of a late check-out? Please contact our Front Office; they can assist you with this (at least 24 hours in advance).
Is airport transfer available?
Yes, we offer several transfer options:
Shared transfer: USD 12 per person
Private transfer: USD 20 per person
VIP transfer: USD 25 per person
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
From when to when does the all-inclusive package run?
The all-inclusive package runs from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Are you departing later than 11:00 AM? Then for USD 30 per person you can use our all-inclusive facilities for the entire day.
Is there a luggage compartment?
Yes, we have a locked luggage room.
Does the restaurant accommodate allergies?
Yes, allergies can be passed on to our chefs. They will be happy to help you.
Is there parking available for our (rental) car?
Yes, there is free parking available for resort guests.
Are there beach towels?
Yes, beach towels are available at the Front Office and can be exchanged daily. A deposit is required, which will be refunded when you return the towel at check-out.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards and cash.
Is the hotel smoke-free?
Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes, there is a small supermarket within walking distance. About a five-minute drive, there are several larger supermarkets.
How far is the center of Kralendijk?
The center of Kralendijk is approximately a 20-minute walk away and is located at the end of the resort's street.
Is there a spa available?
We are currently working on the construction of our new wellness & spa: Senti Spa. The opening is scheduled to take place in 2026.
Are massages possible?
Yes, massages can be booked on request in the room or on the beach.
