Your room is cleaned daily. When you place the towels on the floor, they will be replaced. Bed linens are changed every three days. Additionally, coffee capsules and tea bags are replenished.

For sustainability reasons, your air conditioning automatically switches to a lower setting between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Upon arrival, you can request beach towels at the reception. You can exchange them here daily. A deposit of $50 per towel applies.

For the comfort of all our guests, our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or terrace of your room and in designated smoking areas at the resort.

Our Front Office is available daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Need any assistance? Simply dial “0” on your room phone. Need assistance outside these hours? Our security team is available 24/7 via phone 8166. Is there no phone in your room? Then you can reach our security team directly via +599 700 8455 or via WhatsApp at +599 701 4969.

Your check-out time is at 11:00 AM. On the day of departure, it is possible, subject to availability, to extend your room hourly up to no later than 3:00 PM. This can be requested a day before departure at the Front Office. If late check-out is not possible, you can use our shower room (to be reserved in advance at our Front Office).

After checking out, you can store your luggage in our luggage room (at your own risk).

Need a transfer? Please let us know at least 24 hours before departure, and we will gladly arrange this for you.

Because many of our guests leave later in the day and would like to continue enjoying our facilities, we offer the option to use amenities such as the pool, beach, and restaurant until 6:00 PM on the day of departure.

For use of our all-inclusive concept after check-out (11 AM), the following conditions apply:

Guests with a flight may continue to use all all-inclusive facilities until the time of departure. They retain their all-inclusive wristband.

Guests without a flight staying 3 nights or longer may continue to use all all-inclusive facilities until 6:00 PM. They receive a green day pass wristband.

Guests staying less than 3 nights check out at 11:00 AM and then leave the resort. Upon check-out, the wristbands are cut. Guests check out together.

This makes the stay more comfortable and clearer for everyone.
