Your room is cleaned daily. When you place the towels on the floor, they will be replaced. Bed linen is changed every three days. In addition, coffee capsules and tea bags are replenished.

For sustainability reasons, your air conditioning automatically switches to a lower setting between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Upon arrival, you can request beach towels at the reception. You can exchange them here daily. A deposit of $50 per towel applies.

For the comfort of all our guests, our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on your room's balcony or terrace and at designated smoking areas in the resort.

Our Front Office is ready to assist you daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Do you need help with something? Simply press “0” on your room phone. Do you need assistance outside these hours? Our security team is available 24/7 via extension 8166. Is there no phone in your room? You can reach our security team directly at +599 700 8455 or via WhatsApp at +599 701 4969.

Your check-out time is at 11:00 AM. On the day of departure, it is possible, subject to availability, to extend your room by the hour until 3:00 PM at the latest. This can be requested at the Front Office from 24 hours before departure. If late check-out is not possible, you may use our shower facilities (to be reserved in advance at our Front Office).

After checking out, you can leave your suitcase or trolley in our luggage room (at your own risk).

Do you need a transfer? Please let us know no later than 24 hours before departure, and we will happily arrange this for you.

Since many of our guests depart later in the day and would still like to enjoy our facilities, we offer the option to continue using amenities such as the pool, beach, and restaurant until 6:00 PM on the day of departure.

For the use of our all-inclusive concept after check-out (11:00 AM), we charge a fee of $30 per person. This amount will be charged to the room upon check-out. This way, you can still fully enjoy your departure day (until 6:00 PM). Did you book directly through Plaza Resort Bonaire? Then you will receive this service as a gift from us (Note!
