Your room is cleaned daily. When you place the towels on the floor, they will be replaced. Bed linen is changed every three days. In addition, coffee capsules and tea bags are replenished.

For sustainability reasons, your air conditioning automatically switches to a lower setting between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Upon arrival, you can request beach towels at the reception. You can exchange them here daily. A deposit of $50 per towel applies.

For the comfort of all our guests, our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on your room's balcony or terrace and at designated smoking areas in the resort.

Our Front Office is ready to assist you daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Do you need help with something? Simply press “0” on your room phone. Do you need assistance outside these hours? Our security team is available 24/7 via extension 8166. Is there no phone in your room? You can reach our security team directly at +599 700 8455 or via WhatsApp at +599 701 4969.

Your check-out time is 11:00 AM. On the day of departure, based on availability, it is possible to extend your room per hour until 3:00 PM at the latest. This can be requested at the Front Office a day before departure. If late check-out is not possible, you can use our shower room (to be reserved in advance at our Front Office).

After checking out, you can leave your suitcase or trolley in our luggage room (at your own risk).

Do you need a transfer? Please let us know no later than 24 hours before departure, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

Because many of our guests leave later in the day and would like to continue enjoying our facilities, we offer the possibility to continue using, among other things, the swimming pool, beach, and restaurant on the day of departure until 6:00 PM.

The following conditions apply for the use of our all-inclusive concept after check-out (11 AM):

Guests with a flight may continue to use all all-inclusive facilities on the day of departure until departure time. They keep their all-inclusive wristband.

Guests without a flight who stay 3 nights or longer may continue to use all all-inclusive facilities until 6:00 PM. They receive a green day pass wristband.

Guests staying less than 3 nights check out at 11:00 AM and then leave the resort. The wristbands are cut off at check-out. Guests check out together.

This makes the stay even more comfortable and clearer for everyone.
