In partnership with local studio Evoke Visuals, a photographer joins you on location, for a family shoot on the beach in golden evening light, or for the creative 'Be a Model for a Day' session. A special moment such as a proposal, birthday or anniversary can be captured too, in photo or on film. Edited photos are included, so you go home with images that are ready to share.

From preparation to edited photos: this is how the shoot works.
Choosing the location and moment
THE PREPARATION
You agree the location and time with the photographer in advance. The beach around sunset is the favorite, but the colorful facades of Kralendijk or the rugged coastline make strong backdrops too.
The shoot itself
THE SESSION
The photographer guides you through the session, from poses to spontaneous moments. No experience in front of the camera needed: the candid shots often turn out to be the best. With 'Be a Model for a Day' you go a step further, with a creative session in which you play the lead.
Receiving your edited photos
THE RESULT
After the shoot the photographer edits the images. You receive a selection of edited photos, ready to share or print.

What to bring?
Your own outfit and styling as you like. Consider bringing a second outfit for variety in the images.
What is included?
Photographer, the shoot and edited photos. At extra cost: additional edited photos or a longer session.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the shoot. For cancellations within 24 hours the full amount is charged. In bad weather the shoot is adjusted or rescheduled.
Location
By arrangement with the photographer, pick-up service available. Book or ask for more information at the Sea & Sense shop at reception. Details are in your booking confirmation.

Who is the photo shoot for?
For everyone: families, couples, groups of friends or solo. The Family Photo Shoot is the most popular choice, the 'Be a Model for a Day' session is for anyone who wants a creative, personal shoot.
I don't like being photographed. Is this for me?
That is exactly when it works. The photographer guides you through the session in a relaxed way and works mostly with spontaneous moments instead of stiff poses.
Where does the shoot take place?
You choose the location together with the photographer. The beach at sunset, the center of Kralendijk or a spot that is special to you.
How many photos do I get?
Edited photos are included with every session; the number depends on the chosen package. Additional edited photos can be ordered.
Can the session be filmed too?
Yes, in addition to photography there are film options, for example for a proposal or family video. Ask about the options when booking at the Sea & Sense shop.
What if the weather is bad?
Then the shoot is adjusted or moved to another moment. Clouds are no disaster, by the way: soft light often photographs beautifully.
