Get acquainted with our culinary concept: 'Plaza invites...'. Once a month, our Michelin chef René Brienen cooks a 6-course fine-dining dinner together with another star chef. Two chefs, one passion. Each edition with a new, specially composed menu. An evening where nothing is missing.

On Friday, April 24th, and Saturday, April 25th, René Brienen welcomes none other than three-star Michelin chef Jacob Jan Boerma, chef of Restaurant The White Room. His signature is recognized worldwide and stands for the highest level in gastronomy. Together they create a dinner where taste, attention, and precision come together in a carefully constructed dinner. An evening that stays with you long after the last course is served.

On this special evening, enjoy a carefully curated fine dining dinner, served in six courses. Each dish tells the chef's story.

You will dine at an intimate location at our resort, with sea views and personal service. Combine the dinner with a matching wine pairing for a complete experience.
