Once a month, Michelin-starred chef René Brienen joins forces with renowned Michelin chefs for an exclusive six-course fine dining experience. Multiple chefs, one shared passion for gastronomy. Each edition surprises with a unique menu, created especially for that evening. A culinary journey where nothing is left to be desired.
On Saturday, February 28, René Brienen will welcome no fewer than two top chefs into our kitchen. Michelin-starred chef Erik de Mönnink of De Swarte Ruijter and Martin Kruithof of De Lindenhof will join him for an exceptional evening filled with refined flavors and culinary creativity.

On this special evening, enjoy a carefully curated fine dining dinner, served in six courses. Each dish tells the chef's story.
You will dine at an intimate location at our resort, with sea views and personal service. Combine the dinner with a matching wine pairing for a complete experience.

On Saturday, February 28, we welcome two renowned Dutch Michelinchefs: Erik de Mönnink and Martin Kruithof.
Erik de Mönnink is the chef of De Swarte Ruijter, known for his refined and modern cuisine, characterized by pure flavors and great attention to detail. Martin Kruithof is owner and chef of De Lindenhof, internationally acclaimed for his creative and technically sophisticated gastronomy.
