During this special evening, you will enjoy a carefully curated fine dining dinner, served in six courses. Each dish tells the chef's story.

You dine at an intimate location on our resort, with a sea view and personal service. Combine the dinner with a matching wine arrangement for a complete experience.

Lars van Galen

As the patron cuisinier of Hotel Restaurant 't Lansink in Hengelo, Lars van Galen is known for his French Dutch cooking style with international influences. Chef Thomas Groot is co-founder of Restaurant 212 in Amsterdam, awarded two Michelin stars. His style is characterized by creativity, technical precision, and a contemporary approach to gastronomy.
