Get acquainted with our culinary concept: 'Plaza invites...'. Once a month, our Michelin chef René Brienen cooks a 6-course fine-dining dinner together with another star chef. Two chefs, one passion. Each edition with a newly specially composed menu. An evening where nothing is missing.

On Friday, May 29 and Sunday, May 31, René Brienen welcomes none other than Margo Reuten. Her kitchen, awarded a star by the Michelin Guide, is known for refinement, balance, and pure flavors. Together, they create a dinner where taste, attention, and precision come together in a carefully crafted dinner. An evening that stays with you long after the last course is served.

About the 6-course dinner

On this special evening, enjoy a carefully curated fine dining dinner, served in six courses. Each dish tells the chef's story.

You will dine at an intimate location at our resort, with sea views and personal service. Combine the dinner with a matching wine pairing for a complete experience.
