Get to know our culinary concept: 'Plaza invites...'. Once a month our Michelin-starred chef René Brienen cooks together with another star chef a 6-course fine dining dinner. Two chefs, one passion. Each time a different special menu. An evening where nothing is missing.

On Wednesday, December 31, René Brienen invites star chef Wilco Berends for an exclusive evening full of refined flavors. An evening the taste buds will not soon forget. And you can be there!

About the 6-course dinner

During this special evening you will enjoy a carefully curated fine dining meal, served in six courses. Each dish tells the chef's story.

You will dine in an intimate location at our resort, with sea views and personal service. Pair the dinner with a matching wine pairing for a complete experience.
