On this page, you will find useful information and personal tips to make the most out of your stay at the resort and on Bonaire. Plaza Resort Bonaire has been part of our family business for over 30 years, built with heart and tradition since 1939. We continue to renew the resort step by step to make it your favorite place, and we thank you for your understanding as we work on this.

In the mood for adventure during your stay? At the Activity Center at Plaza Resort Bonaire there's always something fun to do! Join one of the many organized activities such as kayaking, snorkeling tours, driftwood painting, beach games, aqua gym, or beach yoga.
Sea & Sense shop
Discover the island
Sea & Sense is our shop in the lobby, where you can buy souvenirs, clothing, and diving and snorkeling gear. Do you want to book a dive, boat trip, island tour, or rent a vehicle? At Sea & Sense you can arrange everything in one place easily.
Toucan Diving Bonaire is our own dive center and offers diving programs and courses for all levels. Hotel guests can also borrow snorkeling equipment here for free.
Bonaire Yacht Charters offers various boat trips and water activities . You can choose guided snorkeling trips, private charters, sunset cruises, and sport fishing excursions.
Don't forget to purchase your Stinapa tag for access to Bonaire’s Marine Park if you go snorkeling or swimming. You can buy this here .

Every month, our Michelin chef René Brienen cooks an exclusive 6-course fine dining dinner alongside a renowned guest chef. Two chefs, one passion. Each edition features a new, specially curated menu. A night where nothing is lacking.
On Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September, René Brienen welcomes guest chef Paul Pollux from Restaurant Aubergine in Steyl.
Paul Pollux has held a Michelin star for over ten years. Trained by the legendary Cas Spijkers and awarded the SVH Master title, he brings a life of culinary excellence to the island.
Together, they provide an exclusive dinner where craftsmanship, creativity, and taste come together in a carefully curated menu. A culinary evening that will linger long after the last dish.

Great news for our guests!
Guests with a flight may continue to use their all-inclusive band and all all-inclusive facilities on the day of departure after checkout.
Guests without a flight staying 3 nights or longer may continue to use all all-inclusive facilities until 6:00 PM after checkout. They receive a green day pass band.
Guests staying less than 3 nights check out at 11:00 AM and then depart the resort. The bands are cut by staff at checkout. Guests check out together.
Do guests want to use the room longer? They can inquire at the Front Office one day in advance to see if a late check-out is possible.
This makes the stay even more comfortable and clearer for everyone.
