Terms
- To participate in the contest is no purchase necessary.
- The offer only applies to entries who have visited Plaza Resort Bonaire between 01-01-2015 and 12-31-2015 and who have reached the age of 18 years.
- Employees of Plaza Beach Resort and any person who is professionally involved with this promotion are excluded from participating.
- Out of all reviews placed on Tripadvisor or Zoover, Plaza Beach Resort chooses a winner randomly.
- The winner will win back their stay (excluding flight).
- The winner will be announced on January 4th, 2016 via Facebook.
- The winner needs to claim his/her prize between 7 days via media@plazabeachresortbonaire.com. If not, Plaza Beach Resort has the right to refrain itself.
- Participants authorize the use of their name and entry, renounce their rights regarding their entry and enable Plaza Beach Resort to use them reasonably for publicity purposes for two years after placement.
- Participants may at any time revoke their consent to the use of their image or quote by sending an e-mail media@plazabeachresortbonaire.com. Plaza Beach Resort will remove from the requested image or quote from Facebook and its online resources, but may not be able to remove the image of printed material.
- The result is final and will not be discussed.
