After a successful first edition, Bonaire Rum Week returns to tropical Bonaire from 12 to 17 June. A celebration dedicated to the best Caribbean rum with cocktail competitions, dinners, beach parties and the chance to taste some of the best rums in the world. What is the Bonaire Rum Week?
Bonaire Rum Week is a tropical festival completely dedicated to the tastiest Caribbean Rum. From 12 to 17 June, we celebrate premium rum against the backdrop of the beautiful Dutch, Caribbean paradise. This wonderful event is all about enjoying premium Caribbean rum. But it goes beyond that. Bonaire Rum week is also about enjoying Bonaire and all the beauty this tropical island has to offer. With an impressive collection of high-end eateries and great bars, Bonaire has quickly become one of the best gastronomic destinations in the Caribbean. And what could be more fun than celebrating this with a wonderful event dedicated to a beautiful island?
What's in store?
Bonaire Rum week is much more than an event dedicated to rum tasting. From cocktail competitions, dinners, beach parties and rum tastings to a Rum happy hour and performances. All in a tropical waterfront setting.
Bonaire Rum Week will kick off with a special VIP occasion on 12 June. On 13 June follows the grand opening party at Rum Runners, that original cocktail bar of Bonaire and continues the evening with a culinary multi-course dinner. On 14 June is the Rum on the beach party at Plaze Beach & Dive Resort Bonaire. A complete party with fantastic local bands, premium rum, a dance floor and tropical atmospheres.
On 15 June, Bonaire's luxury beach resort will be the setting for a culinary treat, a multi-course lunch by chef Rodrigo Sanchez. A complete lunch including matching rum. In the evening, the Rom Rincon Party at the Divi Flamingo Resort closes a successful evening. With Bonaire's best rum the star of the evening and a beautiful sun deck, you are sure to have a successful evening with this party. With another Rum cocktail party, and rum party dinner to conclude, Bonaire Rum week in 2023 guarantees another successful event.
